What data we process
Pocket processes meeting audio, transcripts, translations, summaries, action items, confirmed names and terms, and voice input history after you explicitly start recording. License checks and trial limits may process a device identifier, activation status, and usage minutes.
How data is stored
Recordings, reports, glossary entries, and voice input history are stored in local folders on your Mac by default. Pocket does not provide shared team workspaces and does not share your meeting content with other users.
Third-party processing
When you use cloud transcription or large language model features, Pocket sends the audio or text needed to complete the task to the configured service provider. Those services are used to generate transcripts, corrections, translations, and summaries. In local mode, supported processing is performed on-device whenever possible.
Your choices
You can delete recordings, reports, glossary data, and voice input history from your Mac. You can also disable optional permissions or stop using cloud models. For privacy or support requests, contact support@pocketai.so.
