What to include
Include your macOS version, Pocket version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send meeting recordings or transcripts unless support specifically asks and you are comfortable sharing them.
Permissions
Microphone
Records your voice during meetings and voice input.
Screen Recording
Captures the other side of a meeting through macOS ScreenCaptureKit.
Calendar
Optional. Used for meeting reminders and recording names.
Input Monitoring
Needed only for the default right-Option push-to-talk shortcut.
Accessibility
Optional. Used only to paste dictation results into the active app.
Local data
Pocket stores recordings, reports, glossary entries, settings, and logs on your Mac.

Common fixes
Remote meeting audio is missing
Grant Screen Recording permission and restart Pocket.
Microphone is missing
Grant Microphone permission in System Settings.
Push-to-talk does not start
Grant Input Monitoring permission or choose a normal keyboard shortcut in Settings.
Cloud transcription is unavailable
Check your network connection and Pocket account or provider keys.
